A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

 

It’s been more than a year since COVID-19 has impacted all of us. We are still incredibly grateful for the support and grit of this community that helped us get through such difficult times. With COVID-19 hopefully behind us for good, we would like to update you on some of the changes to our operations that we have made to improve your convenience and health. 

Here’s what you can expect from us:

  • ​Safety First!

-Dining room reconfiguration and new seating that adheres to social distancing guidelines.

-Floor decals to help remind people to space out and show acceptable distances. 

-Designated staff responsible solely for sanitizing high-contact surfaces throughout the 

-Daily temperature checks, unlimited PPE for staff, upgraded High Efficiency HVAC system.

-Sanitizing pens, check-presenters, and other items that frequently change hands.

  • ​Worry Free Waiting

We have implemented a digital, direct restaurant waitlist and reservation system. It’s now easier to keep track of the guests who have checked in without adding any congestion to the lobby and we can communicate with the “on deck” parties via text/phone call. Take advantage of the QR codes that will bring you directly to our reservation system and our menu to browse on your mobile device while you wait.

Here’s what we ask of you:

-Wear your mask anytime you are not seated. Extras are available at the front desk.

-If you are feeling unwell please opt for takeout or delivery! We have contact-less options.

-Sanitize your hands upon entry and wash hands thoroughly after using the restroom.

-Please do not congregate anywhere and give others a minimum of 6 feet of space.

-Make reservations! It ensures your place and that we can efficiently handle the flow of people. 

-Please be patient. Your kindness and understanding are greatly appreciated as we continue to navigate these changes to better serve you.

Thanks to the hard work and diligence of our staff, vendors and the great community we serve, Takumi has been able to continue weather this pandemic. The Takumi Team strives to give each guest nothing less than 5-star service from making the reservation to the last steps out the door. We hope these improvements make your experience even better if you’ve already dined with us, but nothing short of a 5-star first impression if you have not.
